All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, which will include a tracking number.

  • Note: Processing times may take slightly longer during high-volume sales periods or holidays.

🚚 Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates

We offer various shipping options depending on your location and preferred speed. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 7-15 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 3-7 business days.(Note: that it isn't always available,Contact at support@infanting.com to enable Expedited Shipping)

🌍 International Shipping

We currently ship to the following regions: United States, Canada, European Union, Australia

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Infanting is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are the responsibility of the customer.

📍 How to Check the Status of Your Order

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that includes a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Need Help? If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@infanting.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

🏠 Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

  •  Please note that we are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.

⚠️ Incorrect Addresses & Missing Packages

  • Incorrect Addresses: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@infanting.com. We cannot change the delivery address once the order has been processed or shipped.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Infanting is not responsible for packages that are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but are missing. However, we want to help! Please reach out to us, and we will assist you in opening a claim with the carrier.
